Hanging Base Frame with Reactive Silencer

It is made up of M.S. and provides common base to motor and blower. It eliminates relative vibration and misalignment in between motor and blower.
Fixed Base Frame with Absortive Silencer
A rigid, heavy-duty fabricated steel base frame with anti-vibration provisions, integrated with an absorptive type silencer lined with high-density acoustic material to reduce noise, suitable for continuous applications.
Inlet Filter.

It is fitted at the suction silencer and filters all the dust particles. (Up to 5 micron). Use of the suction filter results in the increased life of internal parts of the blower by preventing them from dust.
Inlet Filter with Noise absorber fome.

It fitted at the suction of the blower. It reduces noise upto 8 dBA as per standards.
Discharge Silencer cum Interconnecting Pipe line

Fitted at motor & Blower shaft. , V-Groove for minimum power slippage loses
Pulley with Taper Lock

Fitted at motor & Blower shaft. , V-Groove for minimum power slippage loses
V-Belt

Fitted over motor pulley and blower pulley. V-Belt transmits maximum power without slippage. It's heat resistant, oil and dust protection properties results in the increased life
Pressure Gauge With Isolation Valve and Syphon

Fitted on the interconnecting pipeline and indicates the pressure in pipeline. Isolation valve makes the gauge durable. Syphon arrangement of the gauge pipe damps the sudden effect/release of the pressure
V-Belt Guard

It is fitted on pulley side base frame. Protects from accidents and covers the rotating belt
Safety Valve

Fitted on interconnecting pipeline. It releases the extra increased pressure automatically. These valves are available in Cast Iron & Brass.
Non Return Valve

Fitted at the end of interconnecting pipeline. It prevents the reverse flow/thrust in the anti-flow direction. These valves are available in Single Flap & Double Flap.
Anti-Vibration Pad

Fitted in between base frame and foundation. It absorbs all kind of vibration up to reasonable level as per I S specifications
Rubber Pad

It is made up of a natural rubber to reduce the vibrations as per IS specifications
Expansion Joint

Fitted after NRV. It plays significant role in preventing the pipe misalignment .It also adjusts thermal expansion
Gasket

Used at the suction and discharge end of the blower. It helps in preventing leakage.
Filter Indicator

Fitted in between filter and silencer. It indicates the dust concentration in the filter.
Gear oil

The gears and bearings at the gear end are splash lubricated by Oil Shell Omala 460.
Hose with Clips

Flexible Silicon Polyster hose with clips are provided at discharge point to further connection.
Isolation Valve

A one-way isolation valve is used to protect the pressure gauge from sudden pressure surges, pulsations, or accidental damage during maintenance. It allows isolation of the gauge for safe removal, calibration, or replacement without disturbing the main process line.
Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves are commonly installed at the discharge side of blowers to regulate airflow, control system pressure, and enable isolation during maintenance.
Connecting Bracket

This is Austempered SG Iron set of machined castings for holding blower assembly on chassis
Engine Connector

An engine connector is used to couple the blower with the driving engine, ensuring efficient power transmission. It helps absorb misalignments, reduce vibrations, and provide a secure mechanical link between the blower shaft and engine output
Hydraulic Motor Connector

Machined casting with two plates for holding Hydraulic motor and pump
Hydraulic Pump & Motor

Hydraulic motor to drive blower shaft and Pump attached to another DN shaft to further drive augur / Rotary Valve
Pressure Release Valve

It is made up of CI, which automatically vents excess air when discharge pressure exceeds the set limit, thereby preventing equipment damage, maintaining safety, and ensuring reliable operation
Vacuum Gauge

Glycerin filled vacuum gauge used to monitor blower-generated vacuum for safe and efficient operation.
