Warranty & Service

Standard Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing our blower. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following standard warranty:

Warranty Coverage:

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 18 months from the date of invoice and 12 months from the date of installation, whichever is earlier.

What This Warranty Covers:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials and components
  • Faults arising under normal operating conditions
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by lack of maintenance, improper installation, or external factors (e.g., power surges, moisture, corrosion, etc.)
  • Use of the product outside recommended parameters (e.g., overloading or unsuitable environments)
Warranty Claim Process:
  1. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  2. Contact our customer service team at customercare.bl@kpt.co.in to report the issue.
  3. If approved, the defective unit must be returned for inspection.
  4. We will repair or replace the product as per assessment at our end.
Important Notes:
  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
  • Any replacement parts or units provided under this warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
